Payment
Payment for accommodation can be made by:
- The website through our payment gateway
- Cash or bank transfer
To secure your booking we will need full payment prior to commencing your stay.
Number of people staying
The accommodation caters for 1 or 2 adults and is not suitable for children. We do not offer single rates.
Pets
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Confirmation of your booking
When you make a booking, using our online booking system, confirmation details will be emailed to you. This will be the record of your booking. If the confirmation is not received by you within 1 day of booking, please contact us by email or phone.
The booking is not guaranteed until you receive full payment either through the online booking system or by another payment method.
Arrival & Departure times
Arrival time is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check out is before 10:00am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Changes to dates
Once your booking has been confirmed by us, we may accept amendments received from you within 48 hours of the initial booking, pending availability. Any changes requested after this time are subject to availability and may incur further charges if the there is a difference in room price. For cancellations, please refer to the “Cancellation” conditions below.
Changes cannot be made at the commencement of your stay or during your stay. If any portion of the booked period is cancelled after arrival, we are not able to refund any monies.
Travel insurance should be sought to protect you against any unforeseen changes to your travel plans.z
Cancellation
Where a cancellation is made 21 days or more prior to the commencement date of the booking we will refund your payment(s) (less any bank and/or payment fees).
If you cancel your booking within 21 days of the commencement of your stay your booking payment(s) are non-refundable.
Cleaning & breakages
The cabin will be cleaned prior to your arrival. If the cabin is left is an unreasonably unclean or untidy state on departure, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
You will be responsible for the costs of all breakages, damages, lost or missing items during your stay. The costs may include time & effort involved in replacing items or fixing the damage.
Goods kept at the property
We are not liable under any circumstances for loss, theft or damage to your property/ belongings, or personal injury. We advise you to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as injury and/ or loss/ damage to your personal belongings.
Safety
You are responsible for your own safety while staying at the cabin. Because there is no fencing at the edge of the property by the cliff, we ask people to take special care in this area.
